MCU Phase 5: Quantumania to Ironheart
Phase 5 is fifteen titles, from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023) to Ironheart (2025). It follows the multiverse threat while introducing new heroes.
Updated October 2026
Phase 5 is the stretch many fans find hardest to keep up with. Loki Season 2 and Guardians Vol. 3 close arcs, Thunderbolts* and Daredevil: Born Again lean on earlier threads, and X-Men '97 and the two What If...? seasons are optional. Ironheart is the last title of the phase.
