Privacy
Your progress stays in your own browser. Doomdex has no accounts and no tracking.
Updated October 2026
Your progress is saved only in your own browser, using local storage and a backup copy in IndexedDB. It is never sent to a server.
Posters are loaded directly from TMDB (image.tmdb.org). If you add your own TMDB key in Poster settings, the key stays in your browser and is used only to request data from api.themoviedb.org.
Doomdex does not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing site data or using a private window erases your progress, so use Export progress for a backup.
The hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard server logs as part of delivering the site.
